This is a simple and effective tool to help get you get centered, grounded and focused. I learned it from Jess Schembri (the Abundance Hub podcast) and have been using it ever since.
You can do this every single day or at the end of the week or whenever you are feeling anxious, discouraged and just need a reset. You can do this in your journal or with your partner, friends, or family members. I do this with my boyfriend over dinner sometimes and I love hearing his answers and sharing mine. It helps us both stay accountable and is a really nice way to create connection.
Whenever I take the time to reflect on my day or week, learn from it, and set an intention it has such a calming effect. It’s especially helpful when I have been anxious or fallen off the wagon because it helps remember that I always have the ability to regroup and try again. For example, if I had a ‘bad day’ or week there is always something I can learn from it and I can use that lesson moving forward. It makes me remember that I have the power to turn things around and get back on track with my goals. I always feel reenergized and focused after I do this exercise!
