Welcome to the FIRST CUP!
I’m Melissa, a Canadian graduate student living in Melbourne, Australia. Over the last two years I have been on an adventure of a lifetime travelling, moving abroad, and finding my path. I have been dedicated to learning how to overcome my anxiety, breakthrough self-doubt, achieve my goals, and become the happiest version of myself. I have a passion for all things psychology, wellness and personal development and created this space to share my journey with you!
Here you will find a collection of helpful advice, exercises, mindset tips, journal prompts, and takeaways from my favourite books and podcasts. The lessons and insights I have gained have helped me heal my anxiety and step into my power.
My goal is to help others achieve the same thing. This is a resource I wish I had years ago and I hope it finds it’s way to people just like me that are in need a bit of help discovering their values, working towards their goals, and living mindfully.
On the First Cup I talk about everything mindset, self-love, body acceptance, manifestation, goal setting, and spirituality. I share everything I learn as I go along so that we can grow together.
